Cornmarket/Business in the Community Programme

Everyone at St Paul’s CBS would like to extend their appreciation to Cornmarket and Business in the Community for all their time and effort in making such a success of the Skills@Work programme that took place with a group of Brunner’s 5th year students (more information on BITC’s programmes and work can be found at http://www.bitc.ie/uploads/Links_-_Spring_2011_Edition.pdf).

Particular thanks must go to Rachel Hyland and Stephen Copeland of Cornmarket who worked so well to make sure that the programme was an enjoyable and engaging fun learning experience for the students. Over the course of the programme they provided students with valuable insights into areas such as interview skills, CV preparation, career planning, etc. Special thanks must also go to Breda O’Sullivan from BITC for her actuve involvement and enthusiasm for making sure that the link was a success and we look forward to continuing our link with Cornmarket and BITC in the next school year.
